Registration fee
To secure a place at Queen Elizabeth’s School, Dubai Sports City, a non-refundable registration fee of AED 7000 must be paid within seven business days of receiving the offer of acceptance. This amount will be deducted from the first term’s tuition fee. If a student decides not to take the reserved place, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, if the place is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the parent’s control, such as employment relocation outside the UAE or job termination requiring departure from the UAE, the registration fee will be fully refunded upon submission of relevant documents (e.g., employer letter, visa cancellation proof, or enrolment confirmation from another school). Refunds will not be provided if parents choose to home-school their child.
KHDA transfer fee
For students transferring schools within the Emirate of Dubai, there is a KHDA administration fee of AED 126 for each student. This fee is collected on behalf of the KHDA by the student’s new school.

Discounts are offered as per the schedule below:

Note: These discounts are applied to fees after any Discounted Rates have been applied. Sibling discounts will continue for younger family members after their elder siblings graduate.
Parents have the option to pay tuition fees in full at the start of the academic year with a 5% discount being applied to full payment in advance.
For parents who choose to pay in instalments, the payment of tuition fees is divided into three instalments throughout the School year:
Payment of 40% is due on 1st August for the First Term
Payment of 30% is due on 1st December for the Second Term
Payment of 30% is due on 1st March for the Third Term
In the case of an approved fee refund request, fee refunds will be calculated as follows:
Tuition fees do not cover the cost of School lunches, transportation, educational trips, inclusion/ English as an Additional Language (EAL) support. ECA’s involving external providers may also incur additional charges.
A student may not start the academic year unless the first term fee has been paid in full.
Tuition fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable and only the registration/ re-registration fees will be deducted.
If the student was enrolled in the school for two weeks or less, a month’s fees will be deducted.
If the student was enrolled in the school for a period ranging between two weeks and one month, two months’ fees will be deducted.
If the student was enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term’s fees will be deducted.
