Queen Elizabeth’s School, Dubai Sports City is governed by an Executive Governing Body composed of distinguished stakeholders who bring strategic vision, educational expertise, cultural insight and financial stewardship. Neil Enright has served as Headmaster of Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet since 2011, leading one of the UK’s most academically accomplished grammar schools. Under his leadership, the school consistently ranks at the top nationally for academic performance, while maintaining a clear focus on character development and values-based education. Beyond his role at Barnet, Mr Enright contributes to the governance of other leading British independent schools.

Nick Gaskell has served as a governor at Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet since 1998, becoming Vice-Chair in 2016 and Chair of Governors in 2023. A chartered accountant and former partner at Saffery Champness, where he also completed a four-year term as Chairman, he brings extensive financial acumen and corporate governance expertise. Having chaired the School’s Finance, Audit & Risk Committee, he continues to provide robust oversight, strategic direction, and fiduciary stewardship, ensuring academic integrity and institutional resilience.

Dr. Vishwajeet Rana is the Group CEO of GEDU. He holds an MBA from Ohio University and both an MS and PhD from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Dr. Vishwajeet Rana is the Group CEO of GEDU. He holds an MBA from Ohio University and both an MS and PhD from Stevens Institute of Technology. Earlier in his career, he worked at HSBC’s New York office, where he executed complex cross-border equity and debt-structured investments and financing transactions across the UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and Hong Kong.

Passionate about the transformative role of education, Dr. Rana actively studies global education models and applies them to expand access and unlock student potential through higher education. In recognition of his contributions to widening participation and advancing social mobility, he was appointed in 2025 as an Honorary Member of the Advisory Board of UNITAR’s Division for People and Social Inclusion.

Dr. Rana is also an author. His works include the textbook Dr Rana on Applied Corporate Valuation & Financial Modelling and the forthcoming co-authored volume Our Coastal Heritage: Conserving the World’s Shores for People & Nature.

She advises Latin American companies expanding into the UK (and vice-versa), drawing from her experience living in the region and from her work with Latin America’s public and private sectors over the past 12 years. Lady Gabriella is an accomplished writer, having featured in several prominent UK media outlets including the Sunday Telegraph, the Evening Standard, Country Life, The Spectator, and The London Magazine. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Brown University and an MPhil in Social Anthropology from Linacre College, Oxford.
